Chairman, NFL Alumni Association and Chairman, Blacks on Corporate Boards Committee, Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, aka the Boulé

Throughout his life, Tracy has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills at every level, including as an entrepreneurial owner of three businesses, director of sales departments at J&J, active board director and committee leader, and earlier as an elite student-athlete at LSU and then as a teammate drafted into the NFL. In May 2019, he was honored by being elected by his NFL peers as Chairman of the Board of the NFL Alumni Association representing 22,000 former NFL Players and is a newly appointed Charter member of the NCAA Independent Resolution Panel.

In his professional leadership career, Tracy has consistently driven growth and created entrepreneurial, collaborative cultures through his strong work ethic and marketing expertise. In his current position, he is the Founder and CEO of Premiere Solutions, Inc., a ten-year old firm delivering fleet management, equipment procurement and consulting services to the corporate, government, small business and private sectors throughout the United States. He was previously the principal responsible for the set-up and operations of a concierge automotive services firm, where he used his marketing, interpersonal skills and personal network to expand the company’s scope of services to include both commercial and corporate clients.

In his prior role, Tracy ventured into the entrepreneur lane when in 2003 he unwaveringly left a rewarding corporate sales & marketing career to become a successful auto dealership consultant and owner of a Mercedes-Benz franchise. Prior to taking on the challenges of the automotive and transportation trade, he had a highly successful 14-year career directing marketing and sales teams with the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies [NYSE: JNJ]. The athletic skills developed in youth sports and at LSU as a student-athlete on the football team led to a five-year career in the National Football League. The consummate high achiever, Tracy established his private sector business foundation working as a bank intern during the NFL off-seasons, and was later hired as a full-time commercial loan officer before moving on to J&J.

Dedicated to community involvement, diversity and social responsibility, particularly activities directly assisting vulnerable youth the areas of education and technology and in advancing entrepreneurship, Tracy is the founding and current Chairman for the Epsilon Beta Boule Foundation in Northern California, which was organized to develop and provide educational programs, scholarships and opportunities for at-risk kids living in the San Francisco Bay area. He is uniquely skilled at networking and developing long-term relationships to leverage emerging business and philanthropic opportunities and was selected as an AT&T Global Supplier Diversity Initiative business mentor for disabled veterans.

As a result of Tracy’s appointment to the NCAA Independent Resolution Panel in August 2019, he resigned for the Board of Trustees from the University of San Francisco and the Diversity Board at LSU. While serving of the Board at USF, Tracy was the Co-Chair of the Audit Committee, a $500M nonprofit entity. Tracy serves on the Executive Committee with Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity (Boule) where he chairs the Blacks on Corporate Boards Committee. Tracy earned Junior and Senior-year Academic All-SEC Honors and received his B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Louisiana State University (LSU); and is a graduate of Wharton University’s Business Executive Management Program − Health Care Administration in Philadelphia.
