Do research, get real-world experience and be mentored. Base11 offers students attending our partner community colleges opportunities to conduct research with mentors at world-class institutions through academic year internships and paid summer fellowships.

Base 11 at USC Viterbi School of Engineering

Base 11's internship and fellowship program at USC Viterbi School of Engineering offers interns the unique opportunity to learn alongside graduate students.

Base 11's UCI Summer Fellows 2016

Five community college students from across the country spent eight weeks as paid Base 11 Fellows in the Samueli School of Engineering at UCI this summer. The students worked in teams to design and build working quadcopters, with mentorship from an engineering graduate student.

Caltech Base 11 Internship

The Caltech Base 11 internship gives high-potential, low-resource community college students access to unique STEM training programs to help them join the STEM revolution.
